Privacy Policy

Privacy, trust and emotional safety matter.

VibeQ is designed to support reflection, awareness and real-life growth. This page explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and how we think about privacy for young people, parents, schools and partners.

1. What we may collect

Depending on how you use VibeQ, we may collect basic information such as your name, email address, waitlist details, form responses, feedback, preferences, and messages you choose to send us.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, general usage activity, pages visited, and approximate interaction data to help us improve the website and experience.

2. Why we collect it

  • To respond to enquiries, waitlist sign-ups and feedback.
  • To improve VibeQ pages, VibeQuests, resources and future app experiences.
  • To understand what content is useful, safe and engaging.
  • To communicate updates if you have chosen to hear from us.

3. Cookies and local storage

Some VibeQ pages may use browser storage to remember simple choices, such as completed Signal cards or selected Signal Checks inside a VibeQuest. This is designed to improve the experience and usually stays on your own device.

If analytics tools are used, they are used to understand general website usage, not to exploit attention or create pressure.

4. AI and conversations

If VibeQ includes AI features, such as Vee, conversations may be processed to provide responses and improve the experience. Users are encouraged to avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information, emergency or crisis information, passwords, financial details, medical details or private details about other people.

5. Youth privacy

VibeQ is youth-facing, so privacy and safety need to be handled carefully. Young people are encouraged to use VibeQ with awareness, and parents, guardians or schools may need to guide use depending on age, setting and local requirements.

VibeQ avoids asking young people for unnecessary personal information. Where possible, experiences are designed to work with minimal data.

6. Third-party services

VibeQ may link to or use third-party services such as hosting platforms, forms, analytics tools, email tools, app stores, or AI services. These services may have their own privacy practices and terms.

7. Keeping information safe

We aim to take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should be thoughtful about what they share.

8. Your choices

You can contact us to ask questions about your information, request updates or removal where reasonable, or unsubscribe from communications if unsubscribe options are available.

9. Updates to this policy

This policy may change as VibeQ develops. Updates will be reflected on this page.

Important: VibeQ is designed as a reflective wellbeing and learning space. It is not a crisis, medical, counselling or emergency service.
