What VibeQ is

Reflection, self-awareness and real-life practice.

VibeQ is designed for everyday pressure: study stress, social noise, confidence dips, sport pressure, first work moments, relationships and future worries. It gives young people a grounded way to pause and come back to themselves.

What VibeQ is not

Not therapy, diagnosis or crisis support.

VibeQ does not diagnose, treat, monitor risk or replace mental health care. If someone is unsafe, overwhelmed, at risk or needs urgent help, they should stop using the site and speak to a trusted adult, school wellbeing team, GP, counsellor, emergency service or crisis support line.
